Mezzanine development capital provided to East Midlands residential development
Alternative lender, Blazehill Capital, has provided a substantial mezzanine loan to finance the acquisition and development of a residential-led scheme in Peterborough, East Midlands.
The project is being sponsored by a highly experienced construction specialist with a successful track record in delivering residential and commercial projects.
