Jonny Bayliss

Investment Manager

Jonny is responsible for underwriting investment opportunities and managing key portfolio relationships.

Jonny conducts due diligence on potential transactions, enabling the deal team to execute financing solutions whilst working closely with management teams and advisors throughout the deal lifecycle.

Having spent time at both HSBC and KPMG, Jonny brings strong experience working on a variety of deals covering Leveraged Finance, ABL, and Growth Finance transactions, with companies across various sectors and geographies.
