Blazehill supports Sullivan Street Partners with acquisition of Zelus Sport

LONDON, December 2024 – Blazehill is pleased to announce the successful completion of £15 million in committed financing to support Sullivan Street Partners with their acquisition of Zelus Sport. The financing has been provided alongside incumbent working capital lender, FGI.
With key operations in the UK and the Netherlands, Zelus Sport is Nike Inc.’s exclusive Authorised Global Licensee for Team Sports, specialising in the design, development, manufacturing and e-commerce fulfilment of customised sports apparel and equipment for professional and grassroots teams globally. Working strategically across multiple sports, Zelus deliver world-leading products and services in alignment with Nike’s global strategy.
